Drainage and Storm Water

Faridabad has open surface drain of 800 Km. and there are 6 numbers of storm water disposal. These facilities are not adequate for such a large establishment base of Faridabad Town.

Therefore, drainage system of Faridabad needs renewal by way of reconstruction of Nallahs. Machinery for desiliting of Nallahs and Culverts are also required. Master scheme for provision of drainage system in Dabua Colony, Jawahar Colony, Subhash Colony Ballabgarh, etc and also for provision of drainage in recently approved colonies has been prepared which is under process.
